The vast majority of rescues from confined spaces can be accomplished with low angle* techniques. In this class students will learn how to analyze their confined spaces, develop rescue pre-plans, and train fellow employees to respond appropriately in an emergency. Students will receive a Leader’s Guide with a PowerPoint presentation and sample student materials.
Note: Before taking this class, students need to have completed confined space safety training. Class size is limited to 15. For a more detailed course outline please email us at info@d2000safety.com
* In a low angle rescue, the ground supports the patients and rescuers. Ropes may be used to move patients up or down slopes. Any lifting is limited and performed with an engineered winch.
