Jim Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
Jim was named CEO of D2000 in mid-2002. He has years of experience in designing effective curricula and ensuring the continued quality of D2000 programs. Previous to his involvement with D2000, Jim worked with a wide number of Fortune 500 firms as a consultant and instructional designer developing management, sales, personal development, and technical training programs.

Mary Johnson, Chief Operating Officer
Mary is responsible for the company’s administration and day-to-day operations. She is a 1986 graduate of the University of Oregon with twenty years of financial experience in the banking industry as a bank compliance officer, branch manager and commercial loan officer.

Mariah Anderson, VP Marketing
Mariah has worked in the Customer Service industry for many years with a background in Business Marketing and Graphic Design. She is responsible for customer relations, marketing, and data management.

Greg Arbizo, Senior Rescue Instructor
A former member of the US Marines, Greg is a FEMA/USAR trainer who is qualified to teach a wide variety of technical rescue topics, including confined space, structural collapse, tower, and trench. Along with his EMT certification, he has extensive experience with hazardous materials and firefighting.

Michael Fazio, Lead Rescue Instructor
When off-duty from his position as team leader of the City of Grants Pass Fire Department’s Technical Rescue Team, Michael provides confined space and fall protection rescue training to our clients.

Frank Maldonado, Rescue Instructor
Frank has decades of experience as a mine rescue team leader and has provided training for several of the nation’s leading rescue training companies. Like all our rescue instructors, Frank is an EMT and volunteers with his local search and rescue team.

Kenn Lindsey, Rescue Instructor
Kenn has 28 years of experience with production and safety in an industrial environment. When he isn’t working as a Manager and Lead Rescue Instructor in a local steel mill, he instructs confined space, high angle and tower rescue for D2000 Safety.

Ray Bejarano, Rescue Instructor
Ray has worked for 17yrs as a Rescue Instructor for Freeport McMoran. He has over 21 years of experience as a rescue instructor.
20 yrs Arizona Intermediate-EMT, 19 yrs Thatcher Fire department, and currently 5 year's as a training officer (TFD). -
Ray Woothtakewahbitty, Safety Instructor
A former member of the US Army, Ray is a skilled workplace safety trainer who is qualified to teach a wide variety of safety topics, including confined space, fall protection, excavation safety, and lift truck safety. His extensive experience in public works and OSHA training combined with his background as a US Army supervisor make him a great addition to our team.

During his years of working with us, Lary contributed immeasurably to the success D2000 Safety. He will be greatly missed.
