D2000 Safety was recently chosen to provide fall protection training to about 30 state compliance officers. The two-day class will be held towards the end of June. The terms of the contract do not allow D2000 to disclose the identity of the agency.

"It's always fun to get a chance to spend time with the people who enforce safety standards," D2000 Lead Safety Instructor Jim McNeil explained. "They bring a different perspective and focus to the class."

The curriculum will consist mostly of D2000's Fall Protection for Competent Persons program but like most of our programs will be adapted to meet the needs of this specific audience. A variety of checklists and learning exercises will be developed for this specific class.

In the past D2000 has provided training to state compliance officers in the areas of confined spaces, fall protection, and excavation safety.
