A mobile app that helps the employer-designated competent person perform complete and accurate OSHA-required inspections of excavations and the surrounding areas. The competent person using this application must be trained to recognize all possible hazards and have authority to take corrective action, including stopping work activities until the hazards are eliminated or effectively controlled.
